Our deliveries are carried out via all well-known courier services.
We strive to ship your products within 1–2 business days after receiving your payment. However, it may happen that a product is out of stock. In that case, you will be informed in a timely manner, and the product will be delivered within a maximum of 10 business days after payment is received.

Shipping Process

Once we ship your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a Track & Trace code, allowing you to track the status of your shipment online.

The courier will deliver the package the next business day (excluding Sundays) to the address you provided.

If your shipment is sent via DPD, you will receive an email on the morning of delivery with a 1-hour estimated delivery window.

Returns & Defective Products

Despite our utmost care, it may happen that an item is defective or that you receive the wrong product. In such cases, please contact RD Carparts customer service within 3 business days.

Unfranked shipments will not be accepted. To process your complaint quickly, please include a copy of the invoice and specify the reason for the return.

My package is damaged on the outside

We are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase at RD Carparts.

If the goods are damaged, incorrect, or defective on the outside, report this immediately to the courier.
Do not accept the package. Contact us as soon as possible with the reason. We will ensure you receive a replacement as quickly as possible.

My package is damaged inside the packaging

If the package you received was damaged during transport, you can return the product within 4 days for an exchange.

Contact us as soon as possible with the reason. You will receive a return code to include with the package, so we can respond quickly and efficiently. We will ensure you receive a replacement as soon as possible. Your shipping costs will be reimbursed.

My product is defective

You have the right to return a defective product within the warranty period.
Contact us as soon as possible with the reason. You will receive a return code to include with the package. We will ensure you receive a replacement as quickly as possible or a refund of your purchase (provided the warranty conditions are met). Your shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

Not satisfied with the product (cooling-off period)

If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it within 14 days. Please notify us within 3 days of receipt. All returned products must be unused and in the same condition as delivered.
If this is not the case, we cannot process a refund. Contact us as soon as possible with the reason. Your shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

NOTE: Electronic components cannot be returned!

Return Policy

Pack the package carefully and send it back to RD Carparts. Whenever possible, keep proof of shipment. You are responsible for the package until it reaches us. It is the sender’s responsibility to pay for shipping and ensure that the product is not damaged during transport. If products do not arrive properly, we may deduct any costs before refunding the amount owed.

All owed amounts will be refunded to the entitled party within 30 days of receiving the product.

We will email you to confirm receipt. If you live outside the EU, we cannot refund the original shipping costs if you cancel your order. A refund will be issued within 30 days after we receive the product. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us.
